'Peacock', 2021, depicts a female figure standing in the centre of the composition, looking out at the viewer. Her dress is adorned with Peacock feathers, which draw the eye with their bright colouring of green and blue tones. In one hand she holds a bouquet of peacock feathers, which drape over her shoulder. On her other shoulder sits a parrot. Her hair is stringy and wild, reminiscent of tree roots. This serves as a physical connection between her and nature, and alludes to the connection between 'femininity' and 'mother nature'.
